  2. Cut the cabbage into medium pieces. Wash carrots and grate. Peel and chop the onion. Cut cabbage and onion with a meat grinder or blender.
  3. Mix all the chopped vegetables with minced meat, add the egg, cooked rice, seasonings and salt, mix everything thoroughly.
  4. Prepare the fill. Preheat the cream and dissolve the tomato paste in them, add salt.
  5. Grease a baking sheet or a baking dish with butter, place the meatballs in it, having dipped each one in flour from all sides. Pour in the creamy tomato sauce.

  • three tablespoons of tomato paste;
  • three tablespoons of olive oil;
  • ground black pepper and salt to taste.

Step-by-step instruction.

  1. First you need to cook the stuffing. To do this, peel the garlic and onions and skip the beef and pork through the meat grinder (meat must be washed beforehand). If you have not achieved uniformity, then grind everything again.
  2. Cheese grate on grater, chop the greens finely.
  3. Add grated cheese, egg, oatmeal, chopped greens, pepper and salt to the minced meat. All carefully mix and send in the refrigerator.
  4. Now tackle the gravy. Peel onion and cut (for example, thin semicircles or small cubes), wash the carrot well and grate on grater. Apple should be cleaned from the core and peel and grate on a small grater.
  5. In a frying pan or a saucepan, heat the olive oil, fry the onions first to transparency, then add the carrots, followed by the Bulgarian pepper. Fry everything until the pepper softens.   • 500 grams of any meat;
  • 1 slice loaf or white bread;
  • about 100 ml of milk;
  • one head of onions;
  • ground pepper and salt to taste:

For tomato sauce with vegetables:

  • 2 bell peppers;
  • three large tomatoes;
  • five tablespoons of tomato paste;
  • three cloves of garlic;
  • five tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • teaspoon ground sweet paprika;
  • glass of water;
  • greens and salt to taste.

Description of the cooking process:

  1. Bread break and pour the milk so that it swelled and softened.
  2. Wash the meat, cut into pieces of medium size. Peel and chop the onion.

Fourth option

Try to make meatballs with buckwheat in sour cream sauce. To do this, you need the following ingredients:

  • 500 grams of chicken fillet;
  • 100 grams of buckwheat;
  • 1 onion;
  • three cloves of garlic;
  • dill to taste;
  • 150 ml of sour cream;
  • glass of water;
  • pepper and salt to taste.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Boil buckwheat in the same amount of water (about half a glass), cool it.
  2. Peel the garlic and onion and mince with the chicken fillet.
  3. Finely chop the dill.
  4. In the stuffing, add a portion of chopped dill and cooked buckwheat, mix everything thoroughly.
  5. Prepare sour cream sauce by mixing sour cream with water and the remaining dill, as well as adding a little salt.
  6. Form medium-sized balls of mince, put them in a baking sheet or in a baking dish, pour with sour cream sauce and cook in an oven heated to 180 degrees for about forty minutes.
