The recipe of delicious pickled champignons

Marinated instant champignons


To prepare the mushrooms, prepare the ingredients:
- 350 g of champignons;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 2.5 tbsp. white wine vinegar;
- 4 tbsp. vegetable oil;
- 2 bay leaves;

- peppercorns;

- spices;
- salt to taste.

Put the mushrooms in the pan, pour in the vinegar, salt, add the pepper and cloves. Sprinkle with vegetable oil and sprinkle with sugar. Mix well. Put the resulting mass on a small fire, cover with a lid, bring it to a boil.
As soon as the marinade boils, note the time and simmer another 10 minutes. After time, add chopped greens and garlic.Stir, cover and hold for 2 minutes. At your request, you can add spices that you like to the dish. Cool the finished champignons and serve.

Champignons marinated in Korean


To cook this delicious dish you will need the following products:
- 330 g of champignons;
- 3 tbsp. vinegar;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 1.5 tbsp. soy sauce;
- 1/4 Art. vegetable oil;
- 15 g sesame;
- 3 pcs. bay leaves;
- 1/3 tsp. ground coriander;
- 1/2 tbsp. cumin;
- a bit of any greenery;
- salt;
- pepper.
Rinse the mushrooms, put in a pot of water, salt and boil a little. When the mushrooms are ready, gently drain the water and fold them into a colander, cut into slices.
Start cooking the marinade. Wash the greens, finely chop. Peel and chop the garlic well. In a dry skillet, lightly fry the sesame.
Pour vegetable oil into a separate pan, pour fragrant greens, garlic, pepper, add fragrant soy sauce, pepper. Then put on the mushrooms to all components, pour in vinegar, put the bay leaf, pour the cumin and coriander. Stir, add sesame.
Marinade bring to a boil, extinguish on medium heat for 5 minutes.When the process of extinguishing is over, put the mushrooms in a deep dish and place in the refrigerator for 12 hours.

Marinated champignons for the winter


For the preparation of pickled champignons will need ingredients:
- 1.5 kg of mushrooms;
- 130 ml of 9% vinegar;
- 2 bay leaves;
- A little citric acid (at the tip of a tsp);
- 2.5 tbsp. sugar sand;
- 1.5 tbsp. salts;
- 4 cloves of garlic;
- 3.5 liters of water;
- 5 pieces. peppercorns.
Store marinated champignons in a glass jar and in a cool place.
Wash the mushrooms, cut into small slices. Put them in a saucepan, pour water, so that the mushrooms rose. Pour out citric acid and salt. Bring the contents of the pan to a boil, add granulated sugar. Boil for 1.5 hours on low heat.
Approximately 10 minutes before cooking, pour the following components into the pan: peeled and chopped garlic, pepper, bay leaf and seasoning at your will.
5 minutes before the end of cooking, pour in the vinegar. Then arrange the mushrooms in banks, fill with brine, close with tight lids, perevenite and wrap (sterilize the glass jars beforehand).
