Sweet pepper with cheese and greens

You will need
  • - 5 small sweet peppers
  • - 400 g cheese
  • - 2 branches of tarragon
  • - olive oil
  • - ground sweet paprika
  • - 2 sprigs of mint
  • - 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • - 40 ml of wine vinegar
  • - 1 teaspoon oregano
  • - 3 cloves of garlic
Instruction
All herbs necessary for the recipe are thoroughly washed and chopped with a knife. Pour the mixture into a small amount of vinegar and olive oil.
Chop garlic cloves or pass through a press. Mix in a small container for a teaspoon of oregano and sweet ground paprika. Add all the ingredients to the herbs.
Cut the cheese into small cubes. Put the blank in a deep bowl. It is advisable to use a container that can be tightly closed with a lid. Pour cheese with herbal mixture and refrigerate for several hours.
Rinse the sweet pepper, remove the seeds. Stuff blanks stuffed with cheese mixture and put in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes.
On the readiness of the dish will tell brown crust, which will appear on the cheese. Before serving, you can decorate the dish with a few sprigs of mint.
