Oriental Tale: Cinnamon Masks

Nourishing mask of cinnamon instantly refreshes the skin and gives it a healthy look. In a glass dish mash 1/3 of ripe banana fruit, add 1 tbsp. low-fat sour cream, 1 tsp cinnamon and the same amount of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir all ingredients thoroughly and apply evenly on face. After 15 minutes, rinse the mask with warm water. This recipe is versatile and suitable for all skin types. For oily skin, you can use orange, cherry, strawberry, raspberry, grapefruit or red currant instead of banana pulp.
The mask of cinnamon and honey has a cleansing and toning effect. To prepare it, stir 2 tsp. liquid flower honey with 1 tsp. cinnamon powder. If you have dry skin, add 1 tsp. olive oil or raw yolk. Owners of the fat type can use sour cream or natural yogurt. Mix well and apply on face. Keep the mask for 10 minutes and remove with warm water.
In order to make acne marks less noticeable, prepare the following mask. In a ceramic bowl, stir 1 tsp. liquid honey with the same amount of cinnamon. Apply the mass in a thin even layer on moist clean skin and hold for 25-30 minutes. Cinnamon powder can be replaced with essential oil - for 1 tsp. 3-4 drops of honey. The mask is ideal for daily use.
