Light cheese crackersis a recipe.
- 100 grams of butter;
- 100 grams of wheat flour;
- 100 grams of cheese;
- 1 egg yolk;
- salt, pepper, spices to taste.
Grind hard cheese in a blender. It is better to choose not too salty cheese, suitable — creamy. Stir cold butter with flour and yolk in a blender. Add hard cheese to the flour mixture. At this stage, sesame and spices can be added to the dough, if desired. Form a ball out of dough, wrap it in film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
