My Daily Green Juice
Is THIS the Hot New Green Juice?
Attention, juicers! Introducing the next hot thing you'll want to throw into your blender:Brussels sprouts are the main ingredients in a new health juice launched by the U.K.'s Juice Club.
The nutritional benefits of Brussels sprouts are no joke—especially compared to popular greens like kale and spinach. One cup of raw Brussels sprouts packs more fiber and iron—which help strengthen muscles—than either super green. Juice Club's blend—available exclusively through the store Fortnum & Mason—also includes pears, cinnamon, apples, and cranberries for an extra flavor kick.
Unfortunately, this particular concoction is only available to Brits—but you can still brew your own DIY version. Just use your favorite juice recipe and substitute your go-to green for Brussels sprouts. Or don't! Juice Club recommends mixing kale, spinach, and Brussels sprouts for a super-charged drink.
