How to get rid of skin irritation

In order to get rid of irritations, you first need to reconsider your diet. Eat 5 times a day (breakfast, afternoon snack, lunch, dinner and snack at any time of the day). If you smoke, then quit this habit, since the condition of the skin cavity depends on the proper functioning of the internal organs.
Irritations can appear not only on the skin of the face, but also on the body. To do this, do not use a large amount of gel when taking a shower. An excellent alternative to this is the most commonly children's soap. It is through this soap that the irritations dry up and then disappear.
In case of severe irritation on the skin of the body, the following procedure should be performed daily. Dilute one tablespoon of potato starch and 5 tablespoons of warm (not hot) boiled water. Wipe the skin with a cotton pad on which this mass is applied. After that, it is not advisable to take a shower.Do this procedure for the night, and in the morning take a shower with baby soap.
Use also cleansers for sensitive skin. Do not use facial scrubs for severe irritation. It will further aggravate your situation. Soft skins or facial gels gently cleanse the skin and give it a healthy look.
Wash your face with warm water at room temperature. Do not overcool it, but very hot water will damage the skin.
If you want to quickly remove irritation, take a fat face cream and make a mask of it. Just leave the cream for 3 minutes, then remove it with an important napkin from the face. But remember, if you have oily skin, then you will not need this procedure.
