How to cook gazpacho delicious

You will need
  • - tomatoes 500 g
  • - Bulgarian pepper 300 g
  • - cucumbers 300 g
  • - onion 150g
  • - garlic 2 cloves
  • - olive oil 100 ml
  • - juice of half a lemon
  • - salt and pepper
Chop the garlic into medium-sized plates, chop the onion into half rings.
With a tomato peel and cut into 4 parts. To peel off easier, tomatoes can be lightly poured with boiling water.
Peel the cucumbers and cut them into small circles.
Bulgarian pepper cut into small pieces, pre-peeled from the seeds.
All of the above vegetables should be chopped in a blender, add the juice of half a lemon, olive oil, a little pepper and salt to taste.
When additional ingredients are added, blend the vegetable mass again with a blender.
The soup is sent to the fridge for 3-4 hours so that it is present and well cooled. Ready gazpacho sprinkle with herbs and served with crackers to the table.
