How to cook garlic sauce

You will need
  • For a simple recipe:
  • - 5 cloves of garlic;
  • - 3 tbsp. mayonnaise;
  • - 2 tbsp. vegetable oil;
  • - 1 tbsp. sour cream;
  • - half a lemon;
  • - salt;
  • For the second simple recipe:
  • - 8 cloves of garlic;
  • - 150 g of 25% sour cream;
  • - 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar and vegetable oil;
  • - A sprig of basil;
  • - salt;
  • For tomato sauce:
  • - 5 cloves of garlic;
  • - 150 ml of dry white wine;
  • - 3 tbsp. olive oil;
  • - 2 tbsp. tomato paste;
  • - 1 tbsp. corn or wheat flour;
  • - 2 sprigs of dill;
  • - salt;
  • For cheese sauce:
  • - 4 cloves of garlic;
  • - 100 g of hard cheese;
  • - 50 ml of olive oil;
  • - 1 chicken egg yolk;
  • - 20 g peeled pistachios;
  • - 2 tbsp. white wine;
  • - 1 tbsp. lemon juice;
  • For bread sauce:
  • - 1 head of garlic;
  • - half white loaf;
  • - 1 lemon;
  • - 80 ml of vegetable oil;
  • - 1/2 tsp black freshly ground pepper;
  • - 10 g parsley;
  • - salt.
Instruction
A simple recipe for garlic sauce
Peel the garlic cloves from the peel, chop and put in a mortar. Pour in some salt and thoroughly rub it with a pestle.Transfer the resulting mass into a bowl, mix with vegetable oil, lemon juice, mayonnaise, sour cream and whisk.
Soak the sauce in the refrigerator for at least an hour and serve with meat, poultry, fish, seafood, mushrooms, vegetables, or as a dip for fresh bread or Mexican chips.
Another simple garlic sauce recipe
Free the garlic from the husk, pass through a special press and put it in the bowl of a blender or mixer. Add there sour cream, vinegar, vegetable oil and greens torn by hands and rub in a homogeneous mass.
Salt it to taste and leave to infuse in the fridge for half an hour. This sauce is used not only in the cold, but also smears the edges of the pizza so that they do not dry out, or season the soup to make it spicy. In any case, they do it in Italy itself.
Tomato Garlic Sauce
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan or saucepan, fry the flour in it to a light brown color, then add the tomato paste and mix thoroughly. Pour in a thin stream of white wine, stirring the sauce constantly. Tomit it for another 2 minutes and cool to a warm state.
Grate the peeled garlic cloves on a fine grater, chop the dill sprigs with a sharp knife and stir in the tomato mass, salt. This sauce is especially good for dough dishes such as pasta, ravioli, manti, hinkal, ravioli, etc.
Cheese Garlic Sauce
Grate the cheese and peeled garlic on a fine grater. Grind the pistachio kernels in a mortar or coffee grinder. Combine the prepared ingredients in one cup, pour with vegetable oil, yolk, lemon juice, wine and stir.

Garlic Sauce
Preheat oven to 200oC. Cut off the crust from the bread, cut it into thin slices, rub with crushed garlic, grease with a little vegetable oil and bake until crunching.
Erase the zest from the lemon with a grater, mix it with the remaining garlic and chopped parsley, chopped in a blender, dried loaf, and vegetable oil and lemon juice. Season everything with pepper and salt and serve with boiled or stewed meat or tongue.
