How to cook diet cake "Pancho"

You will need

  • Milk 0.5% - 100 ml
  • Black coffee - 100 ml
  • Banana - 1 pc.
  • Baking Powder - 1 tsp.
  • Sour cream 10% - 100 g
  • Canned Pineapples - 100 g
  • 30-40 g of dark chocolate
  • Biscuit Baking Mold
  • A bit of butter to lubricate the form
First you need to prepare the dough for biscuit. Separate the whites from the yolks and whip them into a strong foam. Mix finely ground oatmeal with baking powder, sugar or sugar substitute. In this mass, mix the yolks from the eggs and about 50 ml of strong brewed coffee. Add the whipped proteins to the mixture, mix thoroughly.
Grease the form with butter and pour the biscuit dough into it. Bake the Pancho cake cake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Melt the bitter chocolate in a water bath and pour chocolate icing on the diet version of the cake. Put the "Pancho" for impregnation for 5-6 hours in the refrigerator.
