How to cook salad "Mimosa" in a new way?

Salad "Mimosa" is probably familiar to everyone since childhood. There is a classic recipe for cooking, but if you want to try something new, then choose more interesting options.

You can cook almost a classic and customary salad with saury, but replace the potatoes with rice. You will need:

  2. Eggs should be boiled, cooled and cleaned. Then separate the whites from the yolks and rub them separately.
  3. Peel onion, finely chop and if desired, pour boiling water (it will eliminate excessive bitterness).
  4. Carrots also need to be boiled and grated (on a large or medium grater).
  5. Stretch tuna right in the can with a fork or cut it with a knife (on the board).
  6. Cheese rub on a large grater.

  • tin can of pink salmon;
  • one small green apple;
  • three boiled eggs;
  • one onion;
  • one carrot;
  • four to five tablespoons of sour cream;
  • salt to taste

How to cook? It's simple:

  1. Boil carrots until tender and rub on a large grater.
  2. Peel the onions, finely chop with a knife and immerse in boiling water for just a minute.
  3. Pink salmon can not cut, but simply chop with a fork, without removing from the jar.
  4. Eggs boil, peel and divide into yolks and squirrels. Scrub them (separately).
  5. Apple wash and clean, remove the core. Then rub it on a large grater.
  6. Place a fish on the bottom of the salad bowl, brush it with sour cream. Then put onions, then carrots (smear it with sour cream and salt it quite richly). Next, put the grated proteins, salt and grease with sour cream.Now lay an apple, and yolks on it.

This recipe is also very original. To prepare you will need:

  • can of cod liver;
  • 150 grams of hard cheese;
  • 50 grams of butter;
  • one onion;
  • four eggs;
  • 5-7 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • salt to taste;
  • several bunches of dill verdure.


  1. Butter should be hard, so if it is in the fridge, put it in the freezer.
  2. Boil the eggs, cool in cold water, clean, divide into yolks and whites and rub on a large grater.
  3. Peel the onions, finely chop and scald.
  4. Cheese rub on a large grater.
  5. Liver mash with a fork.
  6. Now start laying out the layers. First put the squirrels, grease with mayonnaise. Next comes the cheese (it also needs to be smeared with mayonnaise). Then put the chopped cod liver, and put onions on it, smearing it with mayonnaise. Then grate directly on the salad with butter. Now sprinkle everything with yolks and decorate with greens.
