  • yeast - 80 g .;
  • cow's milk - 0.5 l .;

  • table salt - 1 tsp;
  • butter - 250 g;
  • Raisin "Kish Mish" - 300 g

How to bake the cake "Old"

We offer you a recipe for unholy kulich.

For baking, you will need:

  • wheat flour (the highest grade) - 2 kg.;
  • cow's milk - 4.5 cups;
  • yeast - 90 g (30 g per 0.5 st. of milk);
  • flavored sugar (200 g of sugar to grind from 4 g of crushed vanilla);
  • ghee butter - 1.5 glasses;
  • raisins, candied fruits, nuts, sesame.

Baking technology

  1. 3 tbsp. flour brew 3 cups of boiling milk and let cool.
  2. Dissolve the yeast in 1.5 st. warm milk and mix with the cooled custard mass.
  3. Add flavored sugar and a little flour, stir and let the dough rise.
  4. Add ghee.
  5. Pour raisins, nuts, candied fruits to your taste. Keep in mind that the dough itself is not very sweet.Therefore, it makes sense to put more stuffing into it.

  • water - 75 ml .;

Baking technology

  1. Carefully separate the yolks from the whites.
  2. Spread sugar with butter, adding yolks.
  3. Flour mixed with baking powder and coffee, add to the dough parts, mixing thoroughly until a homogeneous mass.
  4. Pour in water and stir.
  5. Add almond chips to dough to your liking.
  6. Protein with a pinch of salt, whisk into a thick foam.
  7. Carefully insert the whipped whites into the dough.
  8. Pour the dough in the form (or in one large) and bake until tender.
  9. Decorate Easter cakes with protein glaze and candied fruit.

Cooking glaze

For baking, you will need:

  • wheat flour - 340 g;
  • salt - 0.5 tsp;
  • granulated sugar - 60 g .;
  • 3 eggs;
  • cow's milk - 170 ml .;
  • yeast - 24 g (or dry - 2 tsp);
  • butter - 50 g;
  • raisins;
  • vanilla;
  • confectionery powder, candied fruits, sesame, nuts, etc. (to decorate the cake).

Baking technology

  1. Heat the milk, dissolve the yeast in it and pour the mixture into the container of the breadmaker.
  2. Melt the butter and send there.
  3. Separate the yolks from the proteins. Put the yolks in a container, and you can make icing from the whites (see the previous recipe) to decorate the cake.
  4. Put salt, sugar, vanilla, raisins and pre-sifted flour in the container of the bread maker.
  5. Insert the container into the bread maker.
