How to cook?
How to cook airy and fragrant homemade crackers? For this you will need:
- just under 400 g of flour;
- about 200 ml of milk;
- one large chicken egg;
- teaspoon dry quick yeast;
- 150 grams of butter;
- five st. l. sugar sand;
- a little pinch of salt.
To exfoliate dough:
- 100 g butter;
- two or three art. l. powdered sugar (can be replaced with cane sugar).
- Immediately remove the butter from the refrigerator so that it is soft enough by the time it is used.
- Heat the milk a little and dissolve the yeast in it. Leave the mixture to activate the microorganisms.
- Put the previously sifted flour, salt and sugar in the bowl, break the egg there, put the softened butter. If the yeast in the milk has already been activated, enter them into the mass as well. Knead the dough with your hands: it should turn out to be quite elastic and soft. Wrap it in food film and send it to a warm place for thirty to forty minutes. During this time it will increase in volume.
- Remove the dough and divide into eight or nine equal parts. Take one, roll into a thin layer. And then the delamination begins. Lubricate the layer of soft or lightly melted butter, sprinkle with powdered or cane sugar, twist into a roll. Cut it in half along.
- Take one flagellum and lay it in a spiral in a mold (if desired, lubricate it with oil so that nothing burns). It is desirable that the cut was outside.
- In the same way, make the rest of the puff pastry crafins.
- Send the molds to an oven preheated to 190 degrees for about twenty or twenty five minutes.
- Beautiful krafin ready!
- You can change the recipe using the filling. To do this, instead of sugar after oiling the layer with oil, add chocolate chips, berries or something else if desired. Also as a lubricant you can use the cream.
