Soup recipe

  1. Finely chop the following vegetables: 6 pcs. bulbs, half a head of cabbage, 2 pcs. tomatoes, a bunch of green celery, 1 pc. Bulgarian pepper.
  2. Fill the vegetables with water (3 liters).
  3. After boiling boil the soup on low heat for 15 minutes.
  4. Add spices to taste and let celery soup brew.

Menu for the week

  • 1 day - soup and fruit, with the exception of bananas.
  • 2 day - soup and salad from fresh vegetables without dressing.
  • 3 day - soup and fresh vegetables. For dinner, indulge yourself with boiled potatoes in uniform.
  • 4 day - soup, 1 liter of low-fat kefir and 3 pcs. bananas.
  • 5 day - soup, 1 kg of tomatoes and 200 g of boiled meat. Drink clean water (at least 2 liters).
  • 6 day - soup, 400 g of boiled beef or chicken and fresh vegetables.
  • 7 day - soup, brown rice and fresh vegetables.

Remember, you can not starve during the diet, fasting days are also forbidden to do. Be sure to eat all the products that are listed in the menu, so that after 2 weeks do not gain weight.
