Dark Chocolate Cherry Jam

Custom jam for Woman’s Day. Here the sweetness of sugar is compensated by bitter chocolate and spiced liqueur. It is unusual, bright and very interesting to taste.

Cooking method:

Wash the cherry, remove the bones, collect all the juice.

Cherry "fillet" mash with a blender, pour into a saucepan, cover with sugar and heat to a boil. Boil exactly 5 minutes! The procedure is repeated twice, completely cooling the jam.

The third time, return the stewpan with jam to the stove, add chips of dark chocolate, liqueur and allow the chocolate to completely disperse, on the boiling surface of the jam “spray” agar-agar - mix well so that no lumps form.
