Crispy Fish

A candlelit dinner is so romantic. Choose what to cook for a special occasion. Baked fish with a crisp, by the way, will be an excellent option for a festive dinner.

Cooking method:

Wash my fish, clean and cut it into two fillets (with skin). Salt the fish, pepper, rub with lemon juice and vegetable oil and place on the baking sheet with the foil skin down.

Pound bread into crumbs, add butter, cheese, chopped parsley and garlic passed through a press. Rub it all together to make the crumbs become oily and fragrant. Spread the mixture on the fish fillet.

Bake in a well heated oven for 15–20 minutes or until the bread crust turns golden.

By the way, if you do not want to use garlic, replace it with lemon zest.
