Leave the cooled broth in the refrigerator overnight and remove the fat from the surface the next day. Store, covered with a lid, in the refrigerator for no more than 2-3 days, or freeze in small portions.

Combine all the ingredients in a large saucepan, cook, uncovered, for 2 hours, then strain.
