French cauliflower snack
To make an original dish of French cuisine, you will need:
- ½ head of average cauliflower;
- 3 carrots;
- 150 g canned green peas;
- 150 g of canned corn;
- 1 can of canned beans (red or white);
- 1 glass of cream;
- 3 tbsp. l olive oil;
- 1 ½ tbsp. l butter;
Wash cauliflower and divide into florets, peel carrots and cut into thin strips. Heat the butter and vegetable oil in a pan and simmer the cauliflower with carrots, beans and corn on this mixture for 15 minutes. Then add green peas, pour in the cream and simmer another 5 minutes. Salt, sprinkle with pepper, add granulated sugar to taste. Mix all ingredients well. Decorate the prepared vegetable snack with finely chopped parsley.
To prepare the original cauliflower, champignon and celery salad you will need:
- 1 cauliflower head;
- 2 celery stalks;
- 350 g fresh champignons;
- 10 pieces of radish;
- 50 g soft cheese;
- 5 walnuts;
- juice of 2 lemons;
- 5 tbsp. l olive oil;
- 4 tbsp. l greasy sour cream;
- ground black pepper;
- greens for decoration.
Wipe the champignons with a damp cloth, peel and cut into slices. Then put in a shallow bowl, cover with lemon juice and put 40 minutes in a cool place to marinate. After this time, the remaining juice drain.
Divide the cauliflower into florets, put into boiling water and boil for 7-10 minutes. Then fold to a colander and cool. Rinse and chop celery stalks, cut 4 radishes, and cut the rest into radishes.
Put the soft cheese in a separate bowl and mash it well with a fork, gradually adding olive oil and sour cream. Peel the walnuts, chop the kernels with a knife or in a mortar and place in the prepared mass. Mix everything thoroughly.
Put the prepared components of the salad into a bowl: boiled cauliflower, sliced radishes, celery and mushrooms marinated in lemon juice. Add the sauce made from cheese, sour cream and nuts.Season to taste with pepper and salt. Mix well and garnish with radish slices.
To cook cauliflower royally, you need to take the following ingredients:
- 700 g of cauliflower;
- 450 g of meat;
- 1 onion;
- 100 grams of cheese;
- 150 g sour cream;
Cauliflower rinse well and lower the whole cabbage into boiling salted water for 1-2 minutes. Then throw it in a colander and pour over cold water.
Meat (pork or beef), rinse under cold water, dry, cut into small pieces and pass through a meat grinder. Add in the resulting minced finely chopped onions, salt, pepper and mix everything thoroughly.
Spread the minced meat carefully between the buds of the cauliflower head. Then place the stuffed cabbage head on a greased baking sheet. Top the top of the head with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 200-220 ° C for 30-40 minutes. Serve the dish to the table, pre-cut into portions.
